OUR PROCESS

If you’re interested in any of the IAMS Creative Services, we ask that fill out the form available below. This form is your opportunity to tell us exactly what you need, in as much detail as you can – think dimensions, format, content, print or digital design, etc. We do ask that you are as thorough as possible with your responses to the form. Every little bit you can give our designers will help them deliver quality products to you at a faster rate.

Once submitted, our team will review the forms and be in touch before starting on your project. Most projects turn around within 5 business days, but we will keep you informed if there is any anticipated delay with your project.

When drafting work is completed with your project, you will be sent a proof to review. We do try to limit changes to three rounds before asking for a small fee, so please keep that in mind when giving us feedback.

Once we have full approval on the design, we send you the final files!

Please note that agents are responsible for getting their own materials printed and distributed after the design stage is complete. We can help by giving you vendor contacts and assistance in prepping the final files as needed, but you will ultimately be responsible for ordering and shipping your print materials.

Creative Services Pricing

Payment Options

IAMS offers two ways to pay for our creative team’s services. The first is a la carte, using the prices from our Pricing Guide (available on our website or by request). For materials not listed in the document, we will happily provide quotes and estimates of the cost. The second is via IAMS Marketing Dollars. For every $100,000 in business you write with IAMS, you receive $100 you can put towards our creative services. These marketing dollars accrue until they are used, and do not expire.

There are exceptions for what the marketing dollars can be used for, however, including print production (we ask that all agents print their own materials), Facebook ad budgets, and website services. Additionally, if you have some marketing dollars accrued but not enough to cover the full cost of the project, you will be asked to pay the difference and will need to sign off on an acknowledgement of that cost. If you do not pay for services rendered, you will be unable to obtain further project work from the creative team until payment has been provided.
