Human Resources Associate
My name is Jen Rohrbach. I was born and raised in Omaha, NE. I graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln in HR Management / Speech Communications. I am a huge Husker football fan.
I am new to IAMS and hope to assist in company growth.
What Makes me Valuable: I have been working in Human Resources for the part 25 years and am well versed in all facets of HR. Productive and happy employees are the most valuable asset along with company growth, so working to achieve this is my motivation.
Family: I have young twins and a soon to be driving teen (all girls), along with 3 parakeets (Flynn, Fred & Sammy), so needless to say it is a non-stop, 3-ring circus at our house. All 3 girls are fluent in German and travel to Germany twice a year to stay with family. I do not speak German so I never know what shenanigans the kids are plotting.
Additional: I have been a Religious Ed Catechist for the past 10 years teaching K – 6 once per week, and really enjoy the kids.
Favorite vacation: Anything Disney
Favorite activities: Cooking, entertaining & going to movies in the theater with a large popcorn
Favorite foods: Indian and Thai
