Annuity Sales Associate

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Outbound marketing calls to prospective licensed life & annuity insurance agents across the country to contract with IAMS for business & promote the insurance carriers we represent
  • Make calls and send emails to promote the marketing programs IAMS offers
  • Create annuity illustrations for their products
  • Provide case support for our insurance agents
  • Understanding of all products and marketing programs IAMS offers
  • Recruit licensed life insurance and annuity agents
  • Coordinate with annuity sales team, colleagues and other business units
  • May perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 yrs. of sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 yr. of industry or relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with internal and external individuals at all levels including Management
  • Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a “follow-up until resolved” mindset
  • Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion
  • Must be detail oriented with accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, Adobe Acrobat, scheduling, HQ/CRM experience a plus
  • Administration, data entry, keyboarding skills; operation of basic office equipment (printer/copier/fax) is preferred
  • This position is heavily phone driven

Life Case Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and key in life insurance applications into CRM system
  • Follow-up calls on pending life insurance applications to get status updates
  • Be the primary point of contact for status updates as well as resolving any issues with a pending application
  • Order paramed exams and medical records as requested by the insurance carriers
  • As a designated resource for the insurance agents, administration, back-office support, marketing and case design to help them grow their business
  • Work closely with insurance agents to insure that they have forms, information and anything else needed
  • Work with various carriers to insure that the issue process is proceeding adequately and communicating between the two
  • Maintain data files and documents, answer phone and email inquiries
  • Build/Maintain strong and effective relationships with our agents
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Annuity Sales Director – Elkhorn, NE

This position will provide support to our existing insurance agents/producers in the areas of case design, marketing programs and business development, This position will also work to recruit and onboard new licensed insurance agents and relay the advantages of our annuity products and marketing programs for their book of business.  Our agents/producers are nation-wide, so all communication, correspondence and client relationships are phone based and in the office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with licensed insurance agents/producers across the country to promote the insurance carriers that we represent and determine appropriate product and financial strategy recommendations for their clients
  • Maintain line of communication with agents and assist them in selling annuities
  • Provide agents/producers with training and support on IAMS product features & benefits, case design, marketing programs and financial strategy recommendations for their clients to help grow their business
  • Review current policies, update where needed and uncover other assets which might be better positioned in annuities or life products
  • Identify, generate and recruit licensed annuity agents/producers to do business with IAMS through outbound call campaigns, emails, webinars and other means, and follow-up on those leads
  • Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations for agents/producers
  • Maintain agent records (number of agents recruited, written business, number of sales kits sent, agent referrals), provide input for weekly sales meeting

  • Works with the annuity insurance sales teams
  • Works with administration and creative services teams
  • Works with licensed insurance professionals and carriers across the country
  • Works with marketing vendors and business partners who provide annuity products/services to IAMS

Contracting & Supply Associate

Contracting & Supply Associate

This position will be responsible for providing support for our insurance agents and sales directors by assessing needs and workflow, review, administer and deliver solutions in the areas of contract requests, continuing education and product training updates, and processing supply and purchase order requests.

 

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Review and enter insurance contract requests into CRM system
  • Follow up calls on pending contract requests to get status updates
  • Work with licensed insurance agents across the country with the ability to assess and meet their specific needs, including the needs of the sales director’s, and identify alternative solutions as necessary
  • Point of contact for status updates as well as resolving and issues with a pending contract requests
  • Evaluate and confirm the contract terms, requirements and updates are accurate and compliant
  • Order supplies from insurance carriers as requested by sales directors
  • Fill all kit requests and forms management
  • Receive, unpack, and store general or specialized inventory
  • Stock shelves, keep stock and inventory in order (ability to lift up to 50 lbs.)
  • May perform other related duties as required and assigned
