Responsibilities:

  • Recruit licensed insurance agents to conduct business with IAMS through call campaigns, emails, webinars and other means.
  • Collaborate with and advise licensed agents across the country to determine appropriate product and/or financial strategy recommendations for their clients.
  • Utilize software platforms to provide illustrations and product recommendations.
  • Educate licensed agents on the products and marketing programs that IAMS offers.
  • Market agents promote IAMS end-to-end services – including agent support carriers and their offerings and marketing programs.
  • Provide administration, back-office support, marketing and case design.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for our licensed agents to help them grow their business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Annuity or Life insurance experience; as an agent, working with agents, experience working with an IMO, distribution firm or insurance carrier definitely preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of various annuity or life insurance products preferred
  • Ability to learn new products and sales skills
  • 3 years solid sales, client service and customer acquisition experience preferred
  • Must be professional, highly motivated, a self-starter and outgoing
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Must be detail oriented with accuracy
  • Not afraid of making outbound phone recruiting calls and meeting accountability metrics.
  • This position is an in office, full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm
